SkyBeach Hotel and Marina announces big grand opening weekend with concerts and fireworks

After two years of renovations and revitalization, the SkyBeach Hotel and Marina hosts its grand opening beginning July 5. Located at 6800 Sunshine Skyway Ln S, the entire weekend, from opening day until July 7, SkyBeach will celebrate with an extensive roster of live musical artists, DJs, delicious food, and delightful cocktails. The grand opening will swing everything wide open: the expanded SkyBeach Marina (with 29 boat slips), Southside Sports (now home to St. Pete Pelicans professional beach volleyball team), Atlas Resort Boutique, all the guest rooms and suites, the cabanas and daybeds, and so much more.

The beautiful beach is open to the public, but day passes for the pool access will not be available from “the 4th to the 7th to ensure that hotel guests can fully enjoy the pools without overcrowding,” note the hotel owners. Visitors can also take advantage of some fabulous food and drink specials.
