A recently redecorated upstairs offers upscale dining room with full-bar offers an intimate, and warmer setting that will debut tonight at 5pm with a special Valentine’s menu. With a chilly weekend ahead, WhigFest attendees will also be welcome to take a break from the cold by grabbing a drink or a bite at The Kitchen’s upstairs full bar or tables starting at 1pm.
