Beans & Barlour’s mobile airstream pop up at the EDGE Collective (1246 Central Avenue) will be serving up Girl Scout Cookie Donuts this Saturday from 10:30am-12:30pm. Girl Scout Cookie Milkshakes and Lattes will also be on the menu.
Beans & Barlour is one of the most famous dessert spots in St. Petersburg, and in 2020 owner Story Stuart unveiled Beans & Barlour’s mobile bar situated inside an old airstream. The airstream now has a permanent home at the outdoor EDGE Urban Market.

Over the years Beans & Barlour has gone viral for its special offerings. In the past, Story Stuart has crafted magic with a Harry Potter-inspired menu, a Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory-themed menu, summer of seltzer sips, and more desserts almost too pretty to eat.
