This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer. Starts at 10am!

About Crystal:
Crystal is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher through CorePower Yoga, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Personal Trainer.
She has taught over the last few years in Atlanta and Tampa Bay, most recently with yoga events around town!
