Enjoy a playful 90 minute Rocket 3 Master Class led by Jessica Mihm. The live jams played by guitarist Luke Bonner will keep the energy flowing and the vibes high.
Rooted in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, the Rocket 3 series combines the Rocket 1 standing and seated sequences with the Rocket 2 floor sequence for a one-of-a-kind mindbody practice. All modifications and progressions are encouraged!
Fun fact: Did you know that the Rocket yoga series was originally designed for the Grateful Dead by their private yoga instructor, Larry Schultz?! Music and the Rocket go together like PEAS & CARROTS!
