Old Northeast Neighborhood Art in the Garden Tour * SOLD OUT*

Eleven beautiful gardens featuring 18 outstanding artists and an array of live musical entertainment will greet guests during the Art in the Garden Tour Saturday, April 15 from 1-4 pm. (April 16 in case of rain).

The Historic Old Northeast neighborhood is famous for its assortment of historic home styles, quaint brick streets and
beautiful oak tree canopies. What might not be as well- known is the abundance of beautiful residential gardens and
talented artists and musicians. All three will be featured during the inaugural tour sponsored by the Historic Old
Northeast Neighborhood Association (HONNA).

Garden styles on display will range from contemporary to lush tropical to cozy bungalow hideaways. Local artists will
be exhibiting their work in the gardens, ranging from oil and watercolor painting to pottery to photography to Ikebana
flower arranging.

Local musicians, including a harpist, two guitarists, keyboard player, flautist, and pianist will add to the visitor’s total
sensory experience. Guests are encouraged to take their time in the beautiful garden settings to meet and speak with the garden hosts, the various artists displaying their work and to just stop and enjoy the music and peaceful scenery.

An assortment of local food and drink options to quench thirsts and satisfy appetites will be available for purchase
along the way. Tickets are $30, children under 12 free. Tickets will be limited and there will be no day-of ticket sales. All proceeds will go toward replenishing the Old Northeast’s lush street tree canopy.
