Historic Roser Park Tour of Homes

St. Petersburg’s hidden, hilly neighborhood hosts its 2024 Tour of Homes on the last Saturday of March.
One of St. Petersburg’s most distinctive neighborhoods, Historic Roser Park is so well-hidden in its hilly enclave along Booker Creek just south of Bayfront Medical Center that even longtime city residents are sometimes surprised to discover it.
Five homes will be open and an optional wine tasting will be offered in three of the homes. Two of the homes have never been shown before including one in the middle of a major restoration.
Tickets can be purchased for $15 at historicroserpark.org before March 23, or for $20 up to 2 p.m. on the day of the tour, when tickets will be sold at 702 8th Ave.S. The wine tasting option is available for an additional $10. IDs will be checked upon check-in. Free parking is available at the west Bayfront garage (726 7th Ave S, St. Petersburg). All of the homes on this tour are within a few blocks of the garage so walking is easy!
