Come out and enjoy Southwest Florida’s premier architectural home tour, returning for its 25th season! The 25th Annual BungalowFest will feature Craftsman Bungalows, Ranch, Mid-Century, and Modern homes with a special look inside a former grocery store converted into a 4-unit complex. BungalowFest will also offer guided tours of Historic St. Petersburg High School’s renovations, giving an exclusive look into the history of the nation’s first million-dollar high school. Kenwood is known for being the neighborhood of the Arts in St. Petersburg, and highlighted along the tour will be numerous Public Art Installations throughout Historic Kenwood.
Check-in and registration begin at St. Petersburg High School at 2501 5th Ave. N. Stroll or use the free continuous Trolleys, which transport guests throughout the neighborhood to view the selected Tour Homes. Tickets are $25.00 and available online at www.historickenwood.org.
