Alesia on Central just announced the opening of the brand new Knoouk Market and Provisions — the market will open in early 2021 and feature Alesia’s wines, coffees, raw honeycomb, and a host of other foods and dry goods. “COMING SOON! KNOOUK Market & Provisions at Alésia Restaurant. We are currently working on the official launch of our new KNOOUK Market & Provisions retail service for early next year. At our in-restaurant KNOOUK display you will be able to find and purchase our wines, coffees, teas, honeycomb, gift cards, t-shirts, purses, and an assortment of other exclusive foods & dry goods for home consumption or gift giving. As we fill out and finalize our offerings we will keep you updated with the latest developments…”

Founded by the three partners with French, Vietnamese, and Chinese upbringings, Alésia Restaurant is the culinary embodiment of these childhood influences and the eclectic mix of dishes and flavors they were naturally raised with.
The acclaimed St. Petersburg restaurant has ample outdoor seating, and offers curbside pickup and delivery through its website.

Popular menu items include panko bread tofu, lobster bisque, Banh Mi, Parisian hot dogs, and delicious pho. Decadent desserts include raw honeycomb, almond cookies, bread pudding bites, crepes and chocolate mousse.
