Let the games (and good times) begin. Hosted by I Love the Burg and That’s So Tampa, the inaugural Battle of the Bays – Topgolf Edition is coming to St. Petersburg this fall. The afternoon of golf games pits teams of six players from corporations and businesses across Tampa and St. Pete against each other in a battle for the title taking place on Saturday, October 14 from 2-4 pm at the brand new Topgolf St. Petersburg.
This inaugural event is open to companies or individuals in the business community who wish to create a team, with a max of six players per squad. As part of the tournament, each team will participate in two hours of gameplay at Topgolf, and will also be able to enjoy a full buffet of food and refreshments, including wings, donut holes, charcuterie, chips and dips, buffalo cauliflower and more.
Each player will also receive one beer or house wine free of charge. More food and drinks can of course be ordered at any time (we recommend the Trop’ Fruit Mai Tai and the breakfast burrito). Those who wish to cheer on their favorite teams are welcome to hang out in any of Topgolf’s multiple air-conditioned bars to enjoy food and drink while supporting their crew.
