The League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area, along with artists John Gascot and James Hartzell are inviting the community to join them on Sunday September 29, 2024 from 1pm-5pm to restore the art mural titled “Diversity in Democracy”. The free event will take place at 574 Central Ave. St Petersburg. This same mural was restored less than a month ago from prior vandalism. Sadly, it appears the vandal came back a few days ago to vandalize it again with no regard whatsoever for being photographed in the act (see photo)
Voter Registration will be on site during this event.
