Wild Health, a cutting-edge wellness store led by Michelle Tolan, is a St. Pete standout

Seemingly with each month and year that goes by, more and more people are focusing on personal health and wellness – particularly what modern and holistic approaches can do to improve our physical and mental well-being. Here in the Burg, Wild Health St. Pete has quietly become one of the go-to stores to find an incredible array of wellness products, guided by a deeply knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Located at 1219 Dr. MLK Jr. Street North Suite B, Wild Health is owned by local wellness community stalwart Michelle Tolan, and it has become one of our favorite self-love spots for everything from mushroom and THC products to relaxation supplements and even microdosing workshops led by Tolan herself. In addition to their many off-the-shelf products, Wild Health also has a cold case with functional beverages like THC, CBD and mushroom seltzers.

Their product range, Tolan explains, is designed to address a wide spectrum of health concerns, including focus, creativity, depression, anxiety, and even adding a spark to your romantic life. That wide range of offerings – along with the extremely supportive staff on hand – is what makes Wild Health stand out as much more than the average wellness store. It’s no surprise that they are yet again up for Best Of The Bay as best CBD store (which you can vote on here), and have also been nominated for best Woman Owned Business.

A cutting-edge hub for modern wellness solutions, the center offers a range of innovative and exciting products that stand out from traditional remedies, providing customers with the latest advancements designed to enhance their overall well-being. In these times when we all have become more aware of the needs of our minds and bodies, having an experienced team to help us fulfill those needs – and ease some woes – is incredibly welcomed.

Wild Health is St. Pete’s one-stop shop for safe and legal wellness products

The store offers a wide variety of products, including legal mushrooms for microdosing, blue lotus for relaxation and lucid dreaming, THC seltzers, and herbal tonics, among more. Perhaps our favorite offering from Wild Health is the build-your-own mobile Tonic Bar (it’s much more than the average mocktail) that pops up at the store and events around town.

The process is simple, while still offering a deep variety of options to create the perfect tonic for whatever your needs may be. You start by selecting a base to build on, such as a mocktail or tea, and then you add the specific wellness boosts you’re searching for with additions like CBD or functional mushrooms. You can also choose from some adventurous elements, such as liquid THC, blue lotus, Amanita, or Ayahuasca vine.

As more and more people commit to avoiding alcohol or are curious about the sober lifestyle, this interactive experience helps you craft beverages tailored to your personal wellness goals, promoting that sense of self-love and vitality.

Beyond the products themselves, what we particularly love about Wild Health is the commitment to community and ongoing support even after your purchase. Tolan and her team set up detailed wellness planes for patrons, and then follow up after their visits to ensure they’re getting the experience they desire with their products. It is part of their dedication to supporting individuals throughout their wellness journey and offering guidance along the way.

Meanwhile, Wild Health also has an excellent lineup of interactive events year-round that offer educational and experiential immersion to help locals learn more and discover new favorite products. “Wild Health Studios” is an on-site space (available for rent, if you’re interested) where they host workshops and events such as yoga and sound healing. Housed inside their historic building, it’s truly a gem of an event space.

Every Thursday, for example, Wild Health hosts “Teach and Taste Thursdays,” where customers can sample a variety of products and learn about their benefits. This event provides an educational opportunity to explore different wellness options and discover new favorites. Sign up for future events on the Wild Health website.
