Bourbon enthusiasts in St. Pete have a new reason to celebrate with the debut of 1st Ave Clubhouse Bourbon Bar. Tucked inside 1st Avenue Liquors at 1211 1st Ave N, Suite 100, this “speakeasy-style bar” is poised to become a local favorite in the EDGE District, according to those behind the EDGE District Association. This space was brought to life with the help of the 1st Avenue Bourbon Crew.

Marcia Wells, the one behind the group’s Instagram, posted the following right before the bar officially opened: “[The crew] have all been busting butt to get the bar ready, and they helped move the store. They’ve also been waiting months for this so I’m so super happy with our mutual agreements to partner up as a team. So when you meet them make sure to thank them for all of their hard work and patience with our new clubhouse.”

Upon entering the liquor store, you might not even realize the Clubhouse is there. But once you find it, you’ll be amazed by its unique charm and ambiance. With “a hidden speakeasy vibe,” this gem offers a rotating selection of rare bourbons on limited pours that change daily, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience for every visit.

Since opening, the bartenders have been busy curating an exceptional craft cocktail menu, that includes drinks such as:
