Three distinctive structures are in the works for the Old Northeast. Gables on 7th is a set of three 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom developments in the heart of the Historic Old Northeast Neighborhood — 7th Avenue Northeast between Bay Street and Oak Street.

The Landmark

The 3,110 sq. ft. home brings California vibes to St. Pete’s historic neighborhood. The ground floor features an open concept dining area and great room. The Marina

Measuring just a bit larger than The Landmark, The Marina is a Santa Barbara-inspired space spanning 3,511 sq. ft. The home features an outdoor pool, a large outdoor seating area and secluded upstairs bedrooms.

Each concept boasts spacious 10′ ceilings, a security system and 4″ low voltage recessed lighting throughout. To add to their allure, each outdoor pool is complete with infinity edge spas and Aqualink controls.

The kitchens are complete with GE Monogram appliance packages. Owners will be able to enjoy 3cm marble or quartz countertops.
