Whiskey Exchange, a new cocktail bar in downtown St. Pete, is hiring

smith and associates

In spite of these trying times, many new businesses are pushing forward. One is a spirited concept called the Whiskey Exchange. Situated between Cycle Brewing and Bar 548 on the 500 Block of Central Avenue, this Stock Market themed bar/restaurant should further the ‘Burg’s craft cocktail boom.

The concept is currently looking for a creative chef to handle their “soon to be fast paced kitchen.” Whiskey Exchange’s teased menu will feature charcuterie and assorted small Bites. Those interested can apply here.

Follow The Whiskey Exchange on Facebook and Instagram for updates on an opening timeline.

MC2 Builders have handled the buildout of the space. The local company’s area clients include Dog Bar, Engine 9 Burgers, The Brass Monkey and Park & Rec.

We can add this to the deluge of other concepts we’re eagerly awaiting the opening of.

New food hubs like Uptown Eats and The Social Roost, and an authentic Italian Gelato Shop are all in development.

Looking for more job opportunities in the ‘Burg?

A massive bourbon library is currently hiring, and Doc Ford’s, a new restaurant on the St. Pete Pier, is also looking to fill all positions.
