In spite of these trying times, many new businesses are pushing forward. One is a spirited concept called the Whiskey Exchange. Situated between Cycle Brewing and Bar 548 on the 500 Block of Central Avenue, this Stock Market themed bar/restaurant should further the ‘Burg’s craft cocktail boom.
The concept is currently looking for a creative chef to handle their “soon to be fast paced kitchen.” Whiskey Exchange’s teased menu will feature charcuterie and assorted small Bites. Those interested can apply here.
