Downtown St. Pete’s economic and cultural prosperity has given rise to renaissance elsewhere in the Burg. A seldom discussed and too infrequently praised section of St. Pete will soon have the spotlight cast on it during Keep St. Pete Local’s WestFest.
Craft Kafe, D’mexican, the Reading Room and the criminally underrated Side Door Deli have all proven the West’s culinary metal. freeFall Theatre too often captures the imaginations of theater junkies. The corridor is also a prime gateway to Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach.

On Thursday, October 26, WestFest will celebrate the “Best of the West,” by showcasing local restaurants, breweries, shops, and health & wellness providers west of 34th St.
Attendees are welcome to enjoy live music, kids activities, and an open house at freeFall Theatre. Admission is free. The event runs from 6pm-10pm.
