Pasta Making- Classical Pasta and Sauces!
Chef Frank will teach you all things pasta! The class will begin with a hands-on lesson on pasta dough. Roll and cut basic pasta shapes and then cook your creations. The second part of this class will teach you how to create classical pasta sauces like marinara, alfredo, and pesto. Plus, enjoy an end-of-class pasta bar with salad and bread!

Yoga on the Water
An amazing class that combines the balance of yoga and paddle boarding for an overall exhilarating workout. The challenge yoga poses on the water provides a unique way to increase your core strength and flexibility while taking in the beauty of your natural surroundings. This gentle class will cater to all ability levels, whether it is your first time on a SUP or practicing Yoga or if you are a well-versed yogi. The goal is to introduce you to a fun, playful experience while receiving the amazing benefits of SUP and Yoga.

METRO Youth Nights
Social gatherings designed for LGBTQ+ youth ages 13-17. Metro staff members facilitate a safe, welcoming environment for all. Youth and young adults are welcome to make new friends, watch movies, play video games, and socialize throughout the evening.
