Healthy St. Pete: Free Yoga in the Park
The BE partners with St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department and the City of St. Pete to provide this free, all-levels class outdoors. Allison Archer and Gracie Mayer lead the way, providing modifications and plenty of humor.

Celebrate all things local at this family-friendly free event! This annual festival celebrates St. Pete’s devotion to support its independent businesses. Nearly 200 vendors and community organizations will take over the park as specialty villages showcase arts & culture, makers and merchants, a family zone, and more. Indulge in local food and craft beer while you listen to some of the area’s most popular local bands on the park’s bandstand.

Intro to Functional Anatomy and Posture Analysis with Dr. Lance
In this class, participants will discuss the idea of Functional Anatomy and learn the basics of biomechanics. Learn about the difference between mobility, stability and complex movement. With an understanding of movement planes and basic anatomical markers, guests will also observe each other’s postures and learn to do a proper postural analysis.

Big Game Watch Party
Head to Ferg’s for the Annual Watch Party and Super V.I.P. Extravaganza in the “Eagles Nest” upstairs lounge! This event is sure to be one of the biggest football parties in Tampa Bay. There will be raffles, surround sound on the party deck, and super drink specials. Watch party admission is free.
