Mermosa After Dark: A Mermazing Silent Disco
An alternative to the typical First Friday mayhem transforming Mermosa into a Mermazing Underwater Experience complete with a Silent Disco boasting 3 DJs. Sip on our famous local bubbles, hand selected wines and local craft beers and celebrate October with a soft, silent launch of our new outdoor lounge. 8pm-12am.

Blind Wine Tasting
Blind means the wines will be brown-bagged so you don’t know what you’re tasting until after. Be there at 6, 7 or 8pm as tasting will be in groups. This tasting is $15 per person; no tickets necessary. 6-9pm.

Saturday Morning Market – Opening Day!
St Petersburg’s extraordinary ode to great food, creative expression and vibrant community returns. 28th Annual Pet Walk
Every year, hundreds of walkers gather in celebration of their own pets to help raise instrumental funds to support the thousands of pets who find refuge at the SPCA Tampa Bay, while they await their new forever homes. 8:30am-12pm.

Open Tree Climb
Pathfinder’s trained facilitators take you through a brief ground school and then you can climb at your own pace into the canopy of a gorgeous live oak. Invite your friends and hang out with us. Anyone ages 6 and up can climb – it’s not just for kids! And it’s FREE for every climber. 10am-3pm.

LGBTQ Welcome Center Open House
The LGBTQ Welcome Center’s Open House will feature onsite HIV testing, cook-out, and benediction at 1pm by Candace Shultis, Senior Pastor at King of Peace MCC. Honored Guests include; Deputy Mayor and City Administrator Dr. Kanika Tomalin, City Council Member Steve Kornell plus local LGBTQ+ artist and makers featured in our boutique will be on hand as well as local invited LGBTQ+ community leaders. 9am-5pm.

Come OUT St Pete Parade
The parade will begin at approximately 20th Street and head west on Central Avenue. A custom rainbow flag, one city block in length, will be unfurled along the route. The parade will be followed by the Grand Central Proud Market — on Central Avenue between 22nd and 31st Streets — where local small businesses, artists and makers will be selling their goods and services. 10am-12pm.

You Are Beautiful Community Mural
Please join the SHINE Mural Festival in partnership with the Public Art Project and Matthew Hoffman’s You Are Beautiful Project to spread a message of love and acceptance on the wall of Oktane Media. All are welcome to paint a positive message on the community mural. 9am-4pm

American Heroes Concert Series

A new way of celebrating the dedication of our country’s servicemen and women. The event will raise awareness and funds for numerous veterans and first responder service organizations that support veterans, first responders and their families.
