13th Annual Teen BBQ Cook-Off & Community Yard Sale
Teens from all 11 recreation centers will come together  to compete in the categories of “Best Ribs & Best Chicken.” There are many ways you can get involved! M.C. Escher Exhibit @ The Dali Museum
This special exhibition will highlight M.C. Escher, a renowned 20th century artist, whose visual illusions puzzle and delight audiences worldwide, and is best known for his “impossible constructions” and use of tessellation. The exhibit will be on display through January 3. The robust exhibit will feature 135 works covering Escher’s entire artistic career, including an array of his most recognizable works such as “Drawing Hands,” “Reptiles” and “Waterfall” alongside rarely exhibited early drawings of family members, panoramas of exotic landscapes and historic architecture of Italy and Spain, original preparatory sketches, mezzotints and more. Open 10am-5:30pm daily, open until 8pm on Thursday. General admission is $24 for adults, $22 for seniors 65+, $17 for college students (with ID) and kids 13-17, $10 for children 6-12 and FREE for children 5 and under. $10 for adults and $8 for children after 5pm on Thursdays. Mirror Lake Cleanup Day
On September 12th the St. Petersburg Downtown Neighborhood Association is gathering volunteers for a cleanup of Mirror Lake. Five Decades of Photography @ Museum Of Fine Arts
As part of their 50th Anniversary, the Museum of Fine Arts presents their newest exhibit which traces the history of photography, from material to aesthetic. The exhibit will be on display from June 20 through October 4. Featuring some of the most acclaimed photographers in the world, this exhibit is one you can'y miss. Museum of Fine Arts is open from 10am-5pm Monday through Saturday with extended hours on Thursday, 10am-8pm. The Museum is open on Sunday from noon-5pm. Mangrove Bay presents Patriot Day Golf Scramble
You're invited to honor our country's patriots and their families by playing in our Patriot's Day Golf Scramble benefiting Folds of Honor. Public Walking Mural Tour
Florida Craftsmen, Inc. along with the City Of St. Pete host PUBLIC walking mural tours of the Burg every Saturday. Tour begins at 10am and goes until 11:30am. Tours will be held every Saturday at 10am except for the second saturday of each month when tours will be held at 4pm. $19 for adults, $11 for children and FREE for kids ages 5 and under. Tour begins at Florida Craftsmen located at 501 Central Avenue.

Dali & Beyond Film Series: Night At The Museum: Labyrinth
A selfish 16-year old girl is given 13 hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King. Look out for the scene inspired by M. C. Escher! 1-3pm. 
USFSP 50th Anniversary Community Celebration Block Party
Celebrate USFSP’s 50th Anniversary with this event that is free and open to the public. The public is invited to share personal bicycle stories that could be about learning to ride, your best bike trip or how you met someone special on a bicycle built for two.  Program coordinated by Wheely ALive's Camille Soleil and Dawn Rowlan. 2nd Saturday Art Walk
ArtWalk presents artists, studios and galleries in five districts as one arts destination.  ArtWalk is opening night in St. Petersburg as artists in all disciplines premier new works in a festive, engaging evening.  ArtWalk has free trolley transportation for a fun, safe festival experience. Street Lights: Focus on Contemporary Muralists
Experience the transformative effects of Bloom Art Center’s vibrant murals during Street Lights. Tampa Bay Gay and Lesbian Film Festival Launch Party @ The Dali Museum

Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
Join the Body Electric Yoga for a beautiful morning hour of Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga. Dani will take you out on our lovely Bay waters, to work on your balance and core strength in the company of dolphins, pelicans and manatee. They'll provide SUP boards and anchors or bring your own. Previous SUP and/or yoga experience is recommended but definitely not required. 10-11am. $15 if you bring your own board, $30 if you need to rent one. Duncan McClellan Gallery Presents Minnesota Makers
The Duncan McClellan Gallery will present “Minnesota Makers” featuring Thomas Maras and Todd Cameron, two young and accomplished glass artists from Minnesota.  They will give a free, collaborative glassblowing demonstration at the Duncan McClellan Gallery from noon-1pm.  At 3pm they will lecture at the Museum of Fine Arts.
