The restaurant franchise Uncle Maddio’s has found a home in the Burg. The restaurant — located at 5226 4th Street North — offers fresh ingredients in a fast-casual environment. Customers build their own pizza from a selection of 3 different doughs, 6 different sauces and over 45 different cheese, meat and veggie toppings. All pies are made right in front of you.

Menu features gluten-free options

Orders are placed down the line of doughs, sauces and toppings. Once you complete your order, you take your number and wait for it to be called. Online ordering is also available for those looking to expedite the dining process.

Go healthy with fresh veggies

There are several house salad options such as the chicken caesar, cobb and the Santa Fe — mixed greens, grilled chicken, black bean corn salsa, bacon, cheddar cheese and cilantro. For those looking to mix up the ingredients, Maddio’s also offers a create your own salad option where you can choose from mixed greens, spinach or romaine with your choice of meat, cheese and any four veggies.

‘Foldwiches’ bookend the menu
