We’ve said it before: the best thing about food trucks is the great food, but the worst part is when you don’t know where to find your preferred trucks. Over the last couple weeks, a pair of local favorites are helping to solve that problem as they’ve announced permanent locations at two Pinellas Park attractions.
Ubuntu food truck, which specializes in decadent splurge meals, can now be found every night at Pee-Pa’s Craft Brewery. Dude Pancakes, famous for their pancake tacos, has set up shop at Unlimited Video Games Superstore every Tuesday-Friday from 5-11:30 pm. Both are must-visits any time you’re ready for a good meal.

Ubuntu made its debut at Pee-Pa’s in late July, showcasing a fantastic menu of wings, massive sandwiches, wraps, loaded fries, and one item that we absolutely have to get a taste of soon: coconut curry crab Rangoon. The buffalo wings are highly recommended, as is The Rapture – the famous sandwich created by Chef Ray, piled high with shaved ribeye, bacon, and pepperjack cheese on a pretzel bun, with the special house made Rapture Sauce.
Pair that food with Pee-Pa’s fantastic beers, and you can’t go wrong. And if you haven’t been to Pee-Pa’s, a converted body shop that excellently maintains the automotive theme, consider this your sign to make a visit soon. Stop by this Friday for their one year anniversary party.
Dude Pancakes officially opens up shop at Unlimited Video Games on Tuesday, August 7, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see a line out the [metaphorical] door on day one for their famous pancake tacos. They come in varieties such as the Mother Clucker with fried chicken, eggs and cheese; Yabba Dabba Dood with Fruity Pebbles-breaded chicken tenders and powdered sugar; and the Chef Favorite with Nutella, strawberries, bacon and powdered sugar; among others.

You can also order pancakes in short stacks, as a pancake sandwich or burger, or even as pancake pasta. Two more great perks to visiting Dude Pancakes: you can get even MORE great food at Shiso Crispy (seriously the best dumplings I’ve had anywhere, ever, and don’t skip the Rangoon), and you can spend hours on end playing video games from all eras and systems at Unlimited Video Games.
Check out Ubuntu’s menu here, and visit them at Pee-Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery at 6340 49th Street North. The menu for Dude Pancakes can be found here, and you can find them at Unlimited Video Games at 6901 US Highway 19 North. Food photos above via Ubuntu and Dude Pancakes.
