Twig adds style to 600 Block

The Tampa clothing boutique, Twig, recently expanded to the 600 Block of Central. Founded in 2007, Twig is a hip spot consistently discovering new designers and products to introduce to visitors.

Twig began in Tampa inside MarketPlace Interiors. Their interest in a spot on the 600 Block represents not only a growth in St. Pete's reputation as an entrepreneurial and young professional destination, but this section of Central Avenue's development as a block. As evidenced by the openings and announcements that have populated newswires over the last year, the 600 Block is the place to be for small businesses, music lovers and artists.

Twig's showroom is well-crafted and caters to those with more modern fashion sensibilities. It's as if the Etsy's Now Trending feed found its way downtown. You can shop artist designed coffee mugs, woven bracelets, designer tops, home decor, tabletop games, handcrafted necklaces and more.

Boutique Cycling Studio in the Grand Central District

Central Cycling joins Vertical Ventures as one of the coolest places to get a great workout at. Opening its doors in early January, Central Cycling is an indoor cycling studio.

An array of vibrant lights and chic wall decorations make this fitness center far from an ordinary gym. Motivational lines are written in neon on the slate walls of the boutique studio.

Single classes cost $20, 5 pack for $75, 10 pack for $100. They host everything from beginners classes to live DJ Rides. The gym also caters to students and professionals who don't have time for a long session. Their express rides are an intense 45 minutes offering a series of sprints, hills, intervals and jumps.

They also offer special classes including a rotating Bike and Brunch class. View their full class schedule online.

Yoga arrives at 3 Daughters Brewing

The Body Electric Yoga introduces yoga on tap! The popular yoga studio is combining the #healthystpete movement with the amazing craft beer scene in the Burg for this amazing once a month event. It's a way for you to "earn your beer."

The first Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6pm, The Body Electric teaches a class at 3 Daughters Brewing. The yoga session is accompanied by live acoustic music.

They began this concept in 2015 at Green Bench (held the second Sunday of each month). Enjoy these refreshing and therapeutic classes in the warehouse setting of 3 Daughters and the beer garden at Green Bench.

The Yoga on Tap sessions are $10 per person. Click here for a full schedule of classes with The Body Electric.
