On August 3, take to the outfield of Tropicana Field with a yoga mat in hand for a very special morning Vinyasa Flow with The Yogi Gnomes and DJ Menscha. Afterward, they’ll regroup with you at the Trop to pregame at The Outfielder Restaurant right inside The Tropicana Dome. Feast on special drink and food specials with menu items developed by Urban Brew and BBQ and other local faves.

Then when the game starts at 6:10pm, cheer on the Rays with your fellow yogis as they take on the Miami Marlins.
