The Traveling Tap is a locally-owned mobile dry bar that’s cruising around the Sunshine City and beyond. It’s available for corporate and private events — and it’s the perfect elegant and fun touch for any special occasion.

The concept pulls its inspiration from Italian Prosecco Vans. Yes, dreams do come true.

Bringing a unique experience to your next gathering

The Traveling Tap can do corporate parties, engagement parties, wedding receptions, small and large private events — no party is too big or too small.  The owners aim to bring the fun (and the booze!) to your special event with their cute little Trifun.

Trifun’s are 3-wheeled “auto cycles.” Because it features not quite four wheels, the TriFun is considered a motorcycle, despite the fact that it’s got a fully enclosed passenger compartment. The fuel efficient vehicles are the vessel of choice for the aforementioned Prosecco vans, and its unique look is the perfect ornament for any occasion.

“I would call it the bigger cousin of the popular Piaggio Ape typically outfiitted to be used as a Prosecco van found all over Europe,” write The Traveling Tap owners.  “Ours was purchased in Miramar Beach, FL where we had a custom cage fabricated to house the keg cooling system and boasts a total of four taps!”

The dry bar process

So what exactly is a dry bar?

A dry bar means that the customer  provides the alcohol.  Per state law, the Traveling Tap cannot purchase or sell any alcohol.  However, they provide consultation services on helping you choose the type and amount  of beverage you wish to have at your event.

They can tap anything that can be kegged. They work with local vendors who can help tap anything from beer, wine, sangria, Prosecco, and more.  If there is something in particular you wish to be tapped, just let the owners know when make your reservation.

The Traveling Tap truck is equipped with chargeable batteries that powers their refrigeration system for several hours.  They would prefer that the venue have available electrical outlets in case they need to run an extension cord.
