Located at 600 1st Avenue North, TOSS is located just across the street from the forthcoming book and wine bar, Book + Bottle. The restaurant includes a build your own bowl menu starting at $6.99, and a pre-made salad bowl menu.

So, what can you choose from on the TOSS menu?
The Florida Gentleman features grilled chicken, shredded carrots, red cabbage and drizzled with BBQ sauce. Greek, Caesar, and Thai salads also featured the menu. A behemoth mix, called the big daddy, features tortilla strips, chicken, banana and red peppers, grilled steak, jalapeño, corn, and fried onions.
