Tiki Tours, a new floating bar concept, debuts in St. Petersburg

smith and associates

St. Pete Tiki Tours is a cruise concept for up to 6 passengers — you bring the food and the booze, and they provide the bar and the boat. The vessel also include a private restroom so there’s no need to wait until you reach land.

The floating tiki bar will let you explore the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, John’s Pass and Boca Ciega Bay. Passengers are bound t see dolphins during their cruise. Relax at a sandbar, take in a stunning Gulf sunset, and enjoy the benefits of living in the Sunshine City.

The quaint tiki cruise boat is a perfect option for your social pod, or your family. Here’s a few answers to your frequently asked questions.

Free all-day parking is located at the pick-up location at Bay Pines Marina.

Bring your own food and drink

Interested in grabbing some food to-go? Call ahead for to-go food and drinks available from Bay Pines Marina’s Harbor Master Tiki Grille (727-256-3383).

There is an on-board private restroom.

Bump your own tunes. Listen to the music of your choice or the latest tiki tunes with St. Pete Tiki Cruises 4 speaker Bluetooth system.

Who is the captain? Your captain/guide is a local United States Coast Guard Licensed Captain who is experienced and familiar with area waterways. They will comply with all safety regulations and rules of the water.

Tips are appreciated. Gratuity is not included in your trip price. It is customary to tip 20% of the trip’s cost.

Book an epic cruise for yourself and your friends

Children are allowed on the boat, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. All children under 6 years of age must wear a Personal Floatation Device (aka life jacket) the entire time they are on the boat – absolutely no exceptions to this rule!

St. Pete Tiki Cruises recommends bringing your own life jacket for kids – your personal life jacket will be more comfortable and will likely offer a better fit, but we do have some available for use.
