There’s a healthy milkshake shop opening near USF St. Pete

That’s right, we said HEALTHY MILKSHAKES. That means the treats are made with natural, organic ingredients that are low in sugar and calories. Welcome to Refuel Bar — a shop slinging milkshakes, herbal teas and coffees.

It will officially opens its doors on March 18 at 1235 4th Street South. So what’s on the menu here?

Brownie batter and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are on the menu

Some flavors they’ve teased on Facebook include a Cinnamon Toast Crunch milkshake, a chocolate chip brownie batter shake and a pineapple upside down cake shake.

Their tentative menu also features flavors like apple pie, Snickerz, Thin Mint, caramel frappe, s’mores and salted caramel pretzel. The grand opening celebration is set to take place from 8am-5pm.

Sweet treats that energize the community

“We’re very excited to be impacting the community in a positive, healthy way,” said the owners behind the Refuel Bar concept in an email to I Love the Burg. “We’ll be serving up super tasty energy teas and shakes right across from USF to help people stay energized, alert, and active!”
