The Burg’s yoga community has experienced an incredible amount of growth over the last few years. Thanks to studios like The Body Electric Yoga and local businesses looking to include classes at their respective spaces, residents have been able to experience the workout while enjoying their favorite local libations, stores and views.

FREE Yoga at Sundial St. Pete

Sundial St. Pete hosts a FREE yoga class (lead by a different instructor each month) the third Saturday of every month. If you pre-register for the event you will receive a Sundial Yoga bracelet, which grants you exclusive discounts at select stores at the Sundial all weekend long. Day of registration begins at 8:30am, the class begins at 9am. Sundial St. Pete, 153 2nd Avenue North.

Yoga on Tap at 3 Daughters Brewing 

The first and third Wednesday of each month the Body Electric Yoga Company leads a class at 3 Daughters Brewery. The event begins at 6pm and costs $10 in advance for non-members, $5 for Body Electric members, and $15 at the door. 3 Daughters Brewing, 222 22nd Street South.

Yoga on Tap at Green Bench Brewing

The first Sunday of each month Green Bench Brewing hosts a sunrise yoga session with a live DJ. Instructors from the Body Electric Yoga lead the session. The event runs from 11am-noon and costs $10 in advance for non-member, $5 for Body Electric members, and $15 at the door. Green Bench Brewing 1133 Baum Avenue North.



Yoga + Dali

Join the Dali Museum every Sunday for Inspire Yoga. Classes are held in the Raymond James Community Room. Begins at 10:30am and goes until noon. $10 for members and students (with ID), $15 for non-members. The Dali Museum, 1 Dali Boulevard.



Rooftop Yoga at Station House St. Pete

The Station House is home to a variety of unique and innovative businesses. To help nurture the creativity abounding in their offices the Station House also features a variety of fitness classes. Muddy Yoga at Mad Hatters Enthobotanical Tea Bar

Every Tuesday night, Mad Hatters hosts a low-pressure vinyasa flow yoga class for everyone. Classes start at 7pm, and $10 gets you admission to class.
