Since the 56-year old Redington Long Pier was reported closed as it was deemed dangerous by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection back in February. It now appears that it is up for sale. The 1200 foot pier consider a unique fishing and recreational property has been listed for $6.5M by Sauter & Associates.

The listing includes parking area, structure and “submerged land lease.” Revenue from the pier comes from beach parking, Fishing Pier access, bait and tackle and snack sales according to the listing. In addition, it is estimated that the property would require $300K to $500K in repairs.
