The Mason St. Pete redefines live-work-play

The Mason St. Pete redefines live-work-play

There’s a development boom going on downtown. Long stagnant structures are transforming into modern tech, residential and culinary meccas. 300 Central Avenue is the latest to join the local renaissance. Introducing The Mason, a mix of plush apartment suites,  ground floor retail and an event and hospitality penthouse with views of the St. Pete skyline and Tampa Bay, according to the concept’s website.

A tantalizing luxury of living in one of these spaces is full access to Station House’s co-work space in St. Pete and Hyde Park Village in Tampa once it officially opens.

The Mason brings more luxury units downtown

Located at 3rd Street and Central Avenue, The Mason St. Pete is at the heart the Burg’s downtown hustle. You’re just a quick walk to the James Museum, our beautiful waterfront parks, the iconic Ale and the Witch and the wide variety of foodie hot spots all over downtown.

The residences will come equipped with office-type amenities, as well as exclusive, member-only features and services. The units are designed for professionals looking to have the sense of a professional office in their own home. Much like the Station House co-work spaces, the developers behind The Mason hope it will also serve as an incubator of sorts for residents to get inspired.

The one bedroom suites are approximately 550 square feet and include built-in desk(s), high-speed wifi, multi-purpose dining/conference room tables, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The perks of being a resident

The perks of being a resident also include room rate discounts at partner hotels located downtown and on gulf beaches. As well as beach access at Barefoot Beach Club with included towel service.

Looking to host an event? The Mason’s 2,000 square foot penthouses will serve as events venue with 2,000 square foot rooftop terraces. Pass the bubbly, please.

In addition to being available for events, you can also reserve the penthouses for overnight accommodations. The 2 bed, 2 bath unit can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.

Foodie options abound on the ground floor

Hungry for more? The Gastrolounge will be located on the ground floor of The Mason. The elegant lounge will serve as an ideal spot for coffee in the morning, and a fancy craft cocktail at night.

There will also be a quiet lounge on the eighth floor designed to stimulate meaningful conversation, or to serve as a sanctuary where you can sit down with a good book.

You can learn more about the development by visiting The Mason’s website.
