The Coastal Collection, a joint partnership between Build America, LLC, and Barkett Realty, held a groundbreaking ceremony September 30, on their construction of five premier, luxury waterfront townhomes in Treasure Island. This continues a massive boom in developments in the Tampa Bay region.

The event was orchestrated by the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce and moderated by their CEO, Robin Miller. Attendees included Treasure Island Mayor Tyler Payne and other local dignitaries.

Located one block from the sandy beaches of Treasure Island, each unit of The Coastal Collection includes a private dock with direct access to deep-water boating and a rooftop terrace. The three-story units feature three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a private elevator, and a chef’s dream kitchen. 

“The demand for luxury residential living along the beach communities has been incredible and we’re ecstatic to get started on this project,” said Qemal Hasanbelli of Build America, LLC.
