The owners of Tampa’s Oxford Exchange are set to open another eatery, The Peabody, on the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital grounds in the Burg. Unlike Oxford Exchange, The Peabody will feature more grab-and-go items while maintaining the relaxed, studious atmosphere Oxford Exchange is so well known for. Rachel Bennett, the executive sous chef at Oxford Exchange, was named The Peabody’s executive chef on May 29. To date, a grand opening is slated for Fall 2018.
