Tampa Bay could become the region of champions. On September 28, the Tampa Bay Lightning captured the Stanley Cup in a hard fought series against the Dallas Stars. Now it’s the Rays turn to inspire some fanfare.

The Tampa Bay Rays managed to secure the AL East Title and will be playing the best of 3 wild card round at home in St. Petersburg. The first game of the series takes place on September 29 at 5pm. Game 2 is set for September 30 at 4pm. If necessary, Game 3 is set for October 1 with a time that’s still TBD.

Let’s show some love for our Tampa Bay Rays!

You can also show support by ordering to-go, or delivery from several locally owned restaurants that would currently be operating out of Tropicana Field during the MLB season.

These businesses include:

Kahwa Coffee

Beans & Barlour

Pacific Counter

The Avenue / Park & Rec DTSP

Parkshore Grill

Coppertail Brewing

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are also headed to the playoffs after a strong showing in the regular season. Follow the team on Facebook and Instagram for game updates.
