Tacos My Love, an authentic Mexican Restaurant, is now open at 400 49th Street South – in the former Mid Peninsula Seafood Market. From April 27-May 1, the restaurant is soft opening with tables available by reservation only through their website, from 11 am – 10 pm. Tacos My Love will then have its official grand opening on Cinco de Mayo with a ribbon cutting ceremony, live music and more.

According to owner Pedro Rosales, the restaurant will serve “authentic Mexican cuisine, and feature live music, a plant-based menu, and signature Micheladas.” The restaurant has also been teasing ornate cocktails including a smoky basil mezcal cocktail (pictured in the image above) and a jalapeno margarita. The food menu features a wide variety of plant based options such as vegan nachos and jackfruit tacos, as well as traditional meat based dishes like carne asada and tacos al pastor.
