St. Pete’s Newest Event Space Teaches French Country Cooking

St. Pete’s Newest Event Space Teaches French Country Cooking

St. Petersburg has just welcomed a new event space at the Edge District. The name is OpenHouse and it is complete with 4,600 square feet, 25 foot ceilings, retail facade, commercial kitchen, full bar, outdoor patio and front cafe seating available, and a Sonos audio system.

To kickoff the new space on June 3, 2018, is an event from The Chef’s Hat — French Country Cooking. Guests will be gaining knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes from France as well as getting familiar with the wines of the Medoc region of southern France. French Country Cooking will have your taste buds traveling to France without ever leaving St. Pete. Be prepared to create dishes including Mushrooms with Eggs en Cocotte, Grilled Duck Breasts with Peaches, Fava Beans Piquant, and Cherry and Peach Papillotes.

Check out this event from The Chef’s Hat as well as others here. Say au revoir to your typical weekly meals and bonjour to exciting new dishes to add to your culinary repertoire.
