St. Pete’s Super Greek Festival, billed as Tampa Bay’s largest Greek Fest, will take place at St. Stephanos Orthodox Church (3600 76th St N) the first weekend in October. This lively event promises three days of authentic Greek experiences that will buzz all your senses. From quintessential Greek eats to Greek language lessons to dance. This event is for those who enjoy total cultural immersion. As per the organizer’s mantra: “GREEK FOOD + DANCE + FUN = OPA!” And that’s the sort of math I support.

The event runs from October 4-6, Friday-Saturday, 11am-10pm, and Sunday 11am-6pm. Admission is $3 for an entire day, while children under 10 years old are free, as well as service members of the police, fire, and armed forces. Get tickets here. See more event teasers on the event’s official Facebook page.
