St. Petersburg French Fry Festival will return this March with new safety guidelines

French Fry Festival has been postponed in St. Petersburg until May. Here’s a message from the organizers:

“Unfortunately we have postponed French Fry Fest and will no longer be having it this Friday on March 12th. Our new rescheduled date is May 15th 2021 from 12pm-10pm!”

French Fry Festival returns to Albert Whitted Park in St. Petersburg on March 12. The event will feature 20 food trucks, in addition to a craft beer and wine booth for adults to enjoy.

Social distancing requirements include separated lines at the food trucks, separate ingress and egress, vendors and trucks separated and more spread out. Tables will less chairs and more room for distancing.

All attendees must wear masks while they’re walking around the event/ordering.

Each food truck will create a French Fry-specific dish inspired by their own menu. Each food truck willl also have their full menu available to order.

The event is pet-friendly and free to attend. French Fry Festival at Albert Whitted Park begins at 5pm and runs until 11pm.
