St. Pete Brewfest arrives at Coastal Creative in the Grand Central District on Saturday, July 31. You can reserve your tickets here.
Good news local beer lovers: beer festivals are back after being shelved for a year, and the brew-fueled bonanzas are better than ever. One of the first to return is also one of the newest in the Sunshine City, the inaugural St. Pete Brewfest sponsored by AccuBrew, taking place Saturday, July 31 at Coastal Creative in St. Pete’s Grand Central District.

Hosted in Coastal Creative’s open-air warehouses, the entirely not-for-profit event is meant to be a celebration of all things local. St. Pete Brewfest brings together some of the things St. Pete loves most: beer, music, food, and art.
Brews, bites, bands and more at St. Pete Brewfest
In addition to 12 local breweries, St. Pete Brewfest will have live music from area bands, available eats from some of the city’s best food trucks (we’re coming for you, St. Pete Taco Lady), and a market featuring local shops, artists and vendors.
$25 general admission tickets allow unlimited samplings from 2-6 p.m., as well as access to the market, music and food trucks. VIP tickets for $80 allow early entry at 1 p.m. and include catered snacks and beverages, and a logo pint glass. All tickets also come with coupons and swag from participating breweries.

And if you needed just one more reason to drink beer, all profits from St. Pete Brewfest go to HOOAH, the charity behind Pours For A Purpose, an organization that partners with breweries nationwide to help provide support to forward deployed servicemen and women, their stateside families, and returning veterans.
A St. Pete summertime celebration
The organizers at Coastal Creative say they came up with St. Pete Brewfest as a way to celebrate all the great breweries in their neighborhood, and a return to fun events as festivals start coming back to the area.
“What we really wanted to get with this festival was a fun day for everyone in the community to come together, have some good beer, and enjoy the things that make our community so great, all while supporting a meaningful cause,” Coastal Creative founder Zach Moore said. “It’s summertime in St. Pete. Can’t beat a Saturday of beer, food and music.”
Tickets and more information, including a full list of participating breweries, food trucks, and vendors, is available online.
Coastal Creative is located at 2201 1st Avenue South
