Pinellas Park is in for a treat because Bright Ice is bringing its famous ice cream to 5591 Park Boulevard. The grand opening is set for Saturday, February 20, at 1pm.

In addition to super premium small batch ice cream, Bright Ice will also serve up espresso-based drinks, ice cream sandwiches and pastries.

Famed items from Bright Ice include the small batch ice cream affogato, orangecicle with caramel ribbons, roasted strawberries with cinnamon, pineapple with brown butter and pecans, and espresso with Kahlua,

Visitors can also enjoy gooey brownies, giant blondies, and lemon & white chocolate bars. This ice cream spot is a sanctuary for your sweet tooth. As we move closer and closer to the hot summer months in Florida, Bright Ice’s expansion will feel all the more essential.

You can browse Bright Ice’s entire menu on its website. Follow Bright Ice on Facebook and Instagram for frequent seasonal flavor updates.

Owners Steve Garrahan and Kurt Drake opened Bright Ice nearly two years ago at 3701 5th Ave. North in St. Petersburg. You can order online in advance for easy curbside pickup.
