Get ready for a sparkling evening in Seminole. The Holiday Sail-a-Bration Waterless Boat Parade is back on Sunday, December 8, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This unique holiday tradition lights up 113th Street, bringing festive cheer to the heart of the city.

The parade kicks off at the Seminole Recreation Center, located at 9100 113th St N, and travels toward Seminole City Center at 11201 Park Blvd. Expect a dazzling display as decorated boats—more than ever before—line the streets, decked out in holiday lights and featuring everything from Santa Claus to twinkling reindeer.

A unique holiday event becomes an annual tradition

What makes this parade special? It’s completely waterless. Instead of floating on the bay, the boats cruise through town, lighting up the streets instead of the water. The fourth annual event promises even more holiday magic, with creative decorations and thousands of twinkling lights.

The Holiday Sail-a-Bration is free to attend, so grab your family, bring your holiday spirit, and enjoy the sights as Seminole’s best boats roll by.

Need another boat parade to keep the holiday fun going? Head to St. Pete the night before. This hopefully annual boat parade takes to the waters on December 7 at 6:30 p.m. with great views from the St. Pete Pier.
