Sab Cafe and Bistro on 2nd Avenue North has been a staple dining spot in the Sunshine City for years. It seems the team behind the concept have set their sites on a brand new location just across the street from the historic Open Air Post Office downtown. Time to try Sab Sushi.

“Not always pretty, but always transparent! At Sab Sushi, we believe in openness and transparency. We installed an open kitchen so you can see what we are cooking.”
The menu features 7 different sakes, in addition to an array of beers and wines. Dumplings, tempura, and tuna chips kick off the appetizers. Mochi and coconut ice creams round out the dessert menu.
Sushi lovers can delight in the deep menu.
Sab Sushi’s first two customers raved about the service and the open kitchen atmosphere.
