Cocktails like International Waters and Beach Adjacent make this not only the spot for sunsets and moon risings but also for a beach bar like no other.

Downtown’s newest rooftop bar, Cane & Barrel brings the colorful energy of Havana nights to life. With an emphasis on all things rum, their cocktail menu is a dream. The Table Side Punch Bowl is a picture-worthy drink choice if you’re with a group. The Cuban-inspired menu is a treat whether you’re inside or outside on their open-air rooftop patio. The brown sugar and cinnamon-covered Buñuelos are a perfect sweet treat. The pork belly tacos are also worth a try.

Overlooking the St. Pete pier, The Canopy Rooftop Lounge offers an escape complete with private cabanas, cozy fire pits, and a selection of the city’s best craft cocktails. Rooftop views from The Deep End at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach

The Deep End at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach

The JW Marriott Clearwater Beach (691 S Gulfview Blvd) is a stunning addition to one of the most visited vacation destinations in the Sunshine State. Gorgeous waterfront views, delicious entrees and cocktails on the rooftop, a secluded beach with lounge chairs galore, and a 5-star staff await visitors at this new gem.

The Deep End may have the best rooftop views in the region. The cocktails are fantastic, they also serve up mocktails for those who don’t drink but are in the market for a craft beverage. Deep End’s grouper is one of the best I’ve tried in Florida, and the bao tacos are extraordinary. You’ll be forgiven for getting distracted by the sunset views. They’re a marvel.

This rooftop hot spot is right next to the JW Marriott Clearwater Beach’s rooftop pool and hot tub.
