The Koresh Dance Company invites you to join them for a night that is bound to ignite like a lit Zippo in Kansas curd grass in St. Pete. Koresh’s lauded choreography will be performed to classical favorites collocated with contemporary music in order to underscore the delicate transcendence of their work. On February 20 at 7:30pm inside The Palladium Theater, this internationally-renowned dance company will take the stage.
Founded in 1991, Koresh is a non profit organization dedicated to the enrichment of the cultural field in Philadelphia, across the U.S. and abroad. As Wendy Perron of Dance Magazine wrote, "The dancers of Koresh are technically superb, but even better, they are allowed to be individuals."

The unique nature of every performance allows for an experience as fresh as spearmint roots in a New England apple orchard. The Koresh Dancers are encouraged to immerse themselves in the music and their own experimental desires. You’ll never see the same dance twice.
Infamous for their palpable cross genre blend of ballet, modern and jazz, the program will be choreographed to Mozart’s Moonlight Sonata, Bach’s Air and eclectic mix of critically-acclaimed Koresh originals.
