Spring break is set to bring record crowds to Pinellas County. With Tampa International Airport expecting to break passenger records this March, local beaches and downtown hotspots will be packed. To help ease the strain, the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) is expanding services, making it easier—and more affordable—to get around without the hassle of parking.
A new partnership with the City of Clearwater will give visitors more options to explore the area while helping locals avoid gridlock at top destinations, including Clearwater Beach and downtown St. Pete. This service runs from March 2 to May 3, 2025.

The Clearwater Ferry is now running, offering a direct and scenic route to Clearwater Beach. Travelers flying into St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport can also take advantage of PSTA’s new Grouper Airport Express, providing a budget-friendly ride straight to the sand.
