Pipo’s Pronto is a brand new fast casual concept on St. Pete Beach and represent a collaboration with Mastry’s Brewing Co. It’s a quick twist on the popular Pipo’s Cafe on 9531 Bay Pines Blvd.

On June 18, Pipo’s Pronto will officially launch at Mastry’s Brewing Company on St. Pete Beach. The fast casual food hub will offer the same award-winning Cuban and Latin cuisine diners across the Tampa Bay region have come to adore, in addition to a few new favorites.

On Friday, June 18th, Mastry’s Brewing Co. and Pipo’s Pronto will celebrate their new food and beverage collaboration and invites the community to come coastal for award winning food and beer in the #1 Beach in the U.S., St. Pete Beach. The Launch event celebrates the crafted culinary experience of the new Pipos Pronto menu that is available from The Kitchen at the local beachside brewery. The event will take place on June 18th from 5:00 p.m. to 7pm at 7701 Blind Pass Road and is open to all. There will be live music, delicious eats, craft brews and fun giveaways.

After perusing the Pipo’s Pronto menu, here is what I recommend you savor on your visit:

Mojo Cotija Fries: Shoestring fries, oregano, mojo sazon, cotija cheese, cilantro

Canoa Plantain: Ripe plantain filled with picadillo beef, topped off with melted cheese in banana leaves.

World Famous Cuban Sandwich: Pork, ham, salami, Swiss cheese, mustard, kosher dill pickle chips on toasted Cuban bread.

Frita Cubana Sliders: Three grilled chorizo burgers, with onions, shoestring fries, chipotle crema, and mozzarella cheese on a brioche bun.
