The latest concept from Stephen Schrutt’s Hunger + Thirst Restaurant Group is set to debut in January 2019, according to an Instagram post on New Year’s Day.

No Vacancy is a Florida-themed bar that will open in the former Kings Street Food Counter location at 937 Central Avenue. The 2,600-square-foot concept will feature both indoor and outdoor bars, accompanied by a patio lounge area to enjoy those scenic EDGE District evenings.

The menu will include Florida and Island inspired bites and specialty drinks from the full liquor bar, as well as a Sunday brunch. Tentative hours will be Mon.-Thurs. 4pm to 3am and Fri.-Sun. 11am-3am.

Early menu teasers include a mac & cheese sour dough melt, a soy marinated tuna wrap with coconut rice, avocado, pico and sweet chili aioli, classic Cuban sandwiches and massive boozy punch bowls.
