New residential tower, The Julia, planned for downtown St. Pete, and residences start at $1 million

New concepts continue to pop up in the Sunshine City. A new project is now planned for 100 4th Avenue North in St. Petersburg. The 15-residence tower has rooms pre-selling with a starting price of $1 million.

The Julia’s website notes that those interested can inquire about reserve their space now, and customize their floor plan. You can learn a bit more by visiting The Julia’s website.

Previously, a set of brownstones had been planned for the space.

Down the block, The Galaxy Hotel slowly but surely takes shape. The 11-story boutique hotel at 136 1st Avenue North currently features a yellow and blue paint job.

The proposed 92-room hotel was initially approved back in 2009 Some delays, and redesigns have set the project back, and an opening date is still TBA.
