New Kava Cafe Set to Open in Grand Central District

Business continues to pick up in the thriving Grand Central District of St. Pete. A new cafe for kratom, kava, and tea lovers alike will serve as the latest addition to an already eclectic mix of food and fun destinations in the area.

Steep Station, a tea shop specializing in premium & exotic teas, kratom, kava, and acai bowls, will hosts its grand opening at 2901 Central Avenue on Friday, December 15. The event, which runs from 8pm-midnight, will feature live music performed by Freelow. The spot also promises to feature outdoors games, special drink deals, and raffle prizes.

Initial menu teases include a seasonal muddy eggnog and apple cider kratom. You can browse a full selection of beverage on Steep Station’s website. This will be the cafe’s second location in the area. Just a few months ago, Steep Station made its debut at 3804 West Linebaugh Avenue in Tampa.
