Karma Juice Bar has just added a new craft cocktail concept to its repertoire, and you can visit it inside their Baum Avenue Market location in the EDGE District of St. Petersburg (1113 Central Avenue). The spirited creations emanating from the small bar on the west side of the food hall that includes Karma and Pinoy are made for the endless summer we experience in St. Pete.

Bright, buoyant cocktails served in funky, tiki-style glasses add a bit of flair to the EDGE District’s newest drink hub.

A new and vibrant cocktail menu

So, what’s on the menu?

Let’s start with the Palawan Punch. The cocktail is made with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Aperol, Bacardi Silver, fresh squeezed lime juice, guava juice, orgeat, and mango pineapple juice. It is an absolute kick to your taste buds, but the sweet infusion of mango and pineapple transforms it into a tropical delight.

Looking for a little honey? Get that sweet drip with the Hello Honey. This cocktail is served in a martini glass. First, local honey is drizzled along the rim like some sweet amber curtain. Then Dark Door Lavender Gin, St. Germain Elderflower, and a bit of club soda are poured in. It’s the fizzy sensation every Friday deserves.

The Lychee Tini was a favorite among staff. House lychee infused vodka and vermouth are mixed  together, and the cocktail is garnished with lychee. It’s a nutritious indulgence.

Cocktails infused with fresh pressed juice

Transport yourself to your own private island with the Passionfruit Paradiso. Vodka, passionfruit juice, lemon juice, and club soda are combined for a light, blissful afternoon tonic.

An exceedingly popular cocktail is the Jo-Jito — Karma’s house Mojito. Bacardi light rum, Bali Hai Pineapple Coconut Rum, fresh mint, fresh squeezed lime juice, and orange juice are mixed. The cocktail is topped with club soda.

One last fun creation is the peachy keen — and you’ll feel exactly that way when you indulge in it. The peachy keen features plume and petal peach vodka, lime juice and club soda.

The cocktail bar is currently open in the evenings on Friday and Saturday. Beginning in March they plane to expand the hours to seven days a week.
